SHIPPING POLICY

Shady Day ships exclusively via Federal Express. All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Montclair, New Jersey.  Most areas will receive their order within three days via standard Federal Express Ground. Please remember that while orders in our local area may be received as fast as overnight or second day service, Ground Service does not guarantee delivery within specific timeframes. If you require guaranteed service, please select the Federal Express Overnight option.

While we do our best to process orders in a timely manner, expect most orders to ship within 48 hours. Please bear this in mind if you require an item by a certain date.
